All services provided at Bodi Solutions are intended for cosmetic/ wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider for any medical concerns as our medical director is not your assigned PCP.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive medical spa treatments unless accompanied by a legal guardian and approved by our medical director.
Treatment Consent
By undergoing any treatment at our spa, you acknowledge that:

Some services require a medical consultation and physician oversight as mandated by Texas law.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 20% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason, including staff availability or client safety.
Payment Terms

Full payment is due prior to time of service.

Package purchases and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services.

In the case of dissatisfaction, please notify us within 7 days so we may attempt to resolve the issue.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose all medical conditions and medications during the intake process.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your health.
Licensing and Oversight

Medical procedures are performed under the supervision of a licensed medical professional in accordance with Texas Medical Board rules.

Practitioners are licensed as required by Texas law (e.g., estheticians, nurses, physicians).
Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you agree to hold harmless Bodi Solutions and its staff from liability related to outcomes of elective treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.
